The consecutive SL is not a problem. Most traders that use demand and supply have loss this month, because they don't hold. It's election year and September should have been the worst month on average but this year it's outperforming. Democrats are showing good numbers, probably will be revised later just to get the economy up, so they can show their voters how good they managed the state in their mandate...
Those are some background pressure that technical traders can't forecast and so most traders have loss this month. If he is consistent on other months and can recover in few trades the loss then it's fine. Loss is part of the game, we just need about 50-60% win rate and 1:2 RR to be profitable. Can you please post one example where he was wrong, so we can check the anaylisis.

Yea.. he was basically trying to short gold, EURUSD, GBPUSD after FED announced rate cut...
