It seems they are still online and posting in other GBs. Ignoring to pay their bill here.
Can you give a statement what is happening to such users? Do they get a warning, a fine, a ban?

If I were you I would wait if this GB gets deleted. Don't think we will collect all the money if I am honest with you.
So many people just register to buy and then not pay. Should all be deleted from this GB and pay a fine or get banned in my opinion.
Their behavior is damaging and destroying the trust and motivation for groupbuys in a massive way.
